SCHEDULE
Day 1 – Friday, 20th of April 2018:
12:00 – Guests’ arrival to the Pri Vidrgar inn. Guests settle into their rooms and unpack. Meetings and mingling with locally sourced snacks.
13:00 – Welcoming speech from the Mayor and from the hosting non-governmental organization DGK.
13:30 – Introductions between partners.
15:00 – Vera Haliti, Humanitarian Association Sloga: Introduction of EU and the role of voluntarism; a discussion on the future of EU and the role of volunteering, exchange of opinions.
16:00 – Break for coffee or tea and homemade sweets.
16:30 – Discussion – participants re going to discuss Euroscepticism (discuss definitions, synonyms, causes, and consequences), and define the situation in their country.
17.30 – Welcome speech from the President of Community Association Vače, mag. Sonje Zidar Urbanija and an introuction of voluntarism in Vače community.
19:00 Dinner.
20:00 – 22:00 Slovenian Evening with DGK, a short poetry piece by Mata-Malam Informal mingling.
Day 2 – Saturday, 21st of April, 2018
7:30 Breakfast. Departure to Vače.
8:00 The Meaning of Cultural Heritage, Self-Awareness, Reflection and Personal Growth Through Discovering Heritage and Culture, and Experiencing Through Art and Nature.
8:30 – 10:30 A Cultural Heritage Point: The Market Vače, the church, the Alea of Creativity, Fossil Sea Shore…
10:30 – 11:00 Break with snacks and drinks.
11:30 – 14:00 Experiencing the Ethological Village Slivna, Keramika Barbara – about the activities from our roots; Slovenian and European Heart Point GEOSS, DGK.
14:30 – 15:30 Lunch at Pr’ Lavrič.
15:30 – 17:30 Reflection on the experiences and a logotype design workshop.
18:00 – 19:00 Dinner at Pr’ Lavrič.
19:30 – 20:15 Projection of the film Here Comes Jemima by DGK.
20:30 – 21:30 A discussion about multi-functionality of art, especially as a tool for self-reflecting, connecting, and preventing stigmatisation.
Day 3 – Sunday, 22nd of April, 2018

8:30 – 9:30 Workshop: How to Develop Heart Points in Partnership Countries And the Theatrical Approach as a Path to Positive Interpersonal Relationships.
9:30 – 11:00 Discussion about implementing the project for each participating country.
11:00 – 11:30 Impressions of the participants about the event – filling-out the evaluation questionnaires.
11:45 – 13:30 A trip in the local municipality – the mine Sitarjevec and Litija.
13:30 Lunch in Litija.
14:30 15:15 – Travel to Ljubljana.
15:15 Tour of Ljubljana.
19:15 Departure from Ljubljana.
