The overall strategy for reaching its objectives of the AAIE aims to:
- Assist social and economic recovery of Albania through its projects in the field socio – economic development;
- Encourage the debate about the best path for Albanian development promoting policy dialogue, information exchange and coordination
- Be an actor in strengthening existing legal, economic and policy instruments
- Be a policy adviser based on the qualitative and quantitative research on a variety of topics
- Contributing in institutional capacity building of central and local government,
- Invest in people, empowering the community to be active players in community reforms, systems and community needs
- Support the provision of sustainable integrated social services to marginalized and disadvantaged groups;
- Stimulation of income-generating activities using the involvement of the citizens in the economic process,
- Keep gender issue a consistent cross cutting strategy through all implementations
- Realize projects that aim to study the environmental phenomena and social diversity in national and regional level

PAL Network for Support of the Youth Roma Entrepreneurship
Objectives: The project aims to support Roma youth participation of different levels, by gathering qualitative data about approaches and practices of Roma youth and supporting initiatives where Roma participation is key to long term change.
On 20-21 September, the PAL PUSH Steering Committee reconvened in Ljubljana, Slovenia. PAL Network for Roma Entrepreneurship SC meeting in the framework of the Erasmus + Program, “ΚΑ2-Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices “…is aiming to enhance the Roma business initiatives and self-employment in Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Romania, Spain, Hungary and France and is co-funded by the European Union. The main points on the agenda are focused on strategic updates – findings of the recent project component progress, internal information and perspectives of partnership in the way forward.“
July 2012 – on: Continuing Education for Health Professionals
AAIE is accredited from the Albanian Authority of NCCE, based on procedures, standards and criteria determined in the Regulatory Document on Accreditation of Continuing Education Activities.
SRC&IT is actually certified with 78 Credits to train health professional in National Level. Since the year 2012, AAIE has carried out training for professionals of all over Albania. SRC&IT – the responsible department of AAIE has trained in total 153 health professions in the districts of Tirana, Fier, Lushnjë Korce, Pogradec and Diber. During these trainings held from 2014 until now the organization has trained a total of 186 health care professionals including 114 general practitioners and 65 of other specialties. Title: “Vote 4 Your Europe” Measure:
The general project objective is to find a new set of tools for citizenship awareness by implementing a series of workshops that compare and discuss the different political agendas in the beneficiary countries. Specific objectives:
▪ Motivating the EU citizens to go to the polls and encouraging their active democratic participation;
▪ Developing a stronger sense of ownership of the European project;
▪ Provoking a debate on the rise of Euroscepticism and its implications for the voting process and future of the EU.

The project targets to the education and training of the adults to take in future the initiatives which will reveal the beauty of the traditional features in every region and in the same time to create startup business in the framework of environmental sustainability. The intervention is guided by a dominant objective that rehabilitation works succeeded in valorizing and restoring to the settlement and selected buildings their original ambiance and an authentic vitality: preserving, restoring and rehabilitating buildings and building complexes, and arranging them to shelter tourist accommodations or other public users.

YOUth CREAtive Tourism Environment (YOU CREATE)

The idea of the YOU CREATE project is to create a network of young professionals, in an innovative and purposeful way and will develop the potential of the rural tourism as a way to deal with unemployment in rural areas. Methods of informal learning will be utilized in the form of youth exchange, where youth participants will actively take part in the project’s decision process, instead of being passive participants.
